Howey Mansion Social Media Strategy

The Howey Mansion wanted to increase its wedding and event content while still communicating the history of the Mansion. To achieve this, we focused Howey’s IG content on weddings while keeping historical content to IG stories and Facebook. We also made the IG feed more aesthetically pleasing and increased video content.

  • By using analytics to tailor the content on our IG to images and videos that followers respond to, we increased the follower count by 149% in under three years.

  • By both creating and sharing high-quality and engaging reel videos, we were able to increase video views by 53%

  • Our Instagram strategy has caused an 81% increase in clicks to our website i.e. an increase in potential clients looking for more information to book.

Casa Feliz Digital Campaign

To increase summer bookings and communicate our discounted rates, we launched a digital ad on Facebook for Casa Feliz. The ad brought in 186 new leads.

  • Due to our advanced targeting techniques, the ad garnered 70,000 + impressions.

  • The ad was clicked on 1,840 times.

  • During the duration of the ad, Casa Feliz had a 47% increase in website traffic.

  • With only a $925 investment, the ad produced 165 leads.

A Chair Affair Social Media

We revamped A Chair Affair’s social media strategy by aligning their content with what their followers want to see. Previously, A Chair Affair shared primarily static images many of which highlighted website content such as new blogs. We both dug into their analytics and tested new content to find that CEO-focused videos and event videos would perform the best. Our findings allowed us to create content that exponentially outperformed their previous strategy.

  • We improved their content by using analytics, engaging in regular testing, and hosting content days each month. These efforts led to a 197.8% increase in likes, showing that our data-driven approach worked very well.

  • Their engagement also skyrocketed. We produced content that our audience not only "liked" but also commented and shared.

  • We were able to identify top performing content buckets and create reels that related to each bucket. In doing so we created not only engaging content but content that exponentially outperformed previous content. For example, one of their reels had over 30K views, liked 352 times, and shared 90 times.

Casa Feliz Website Design

In 2017 our team redesigned the Casa Feliz website to better capture the beauty of the venue and increase marketability. We used several SEO tactics to improve search and went with a light and airy design that allowed the venue photos to shine.

  • On average, Casa Feliz’s website brings in 3k website visitors each month.

Arthur’s Catering Branding

Our CEO, Shantel Campbell, joined Arthur’s in 2015, executing everything from brand collateral and content creation to digital advertising and social media management. During her eight years at Arthur’s, the company’s revenue grew from 7 million to 10 million due to its excellent food and service, a strong digital presence, and branding.

  • In 2018 Shantel partnered with Push marketing agency to redesign the Arthur’s website. She worked with the Arthur’s team to guide the site's creative direction which included an overhauled venue section, a new case study page, and an interactive team page.
